In my personal practice, movement, drawing, poetic narrative, and dance, are all reflective expressions which generate new thresholds of artistic exploration and emotional processing. Every morning, as soon as I get up, before I endure the distractions of daily life, I take time to write, to feel and listen deeply to my own body's intelligence, in order to set myself free through my art.
